Can an author get more than one story into an edition?

Yes. However, there will be a cut-off point for number of stories that will depend on the administrator's discretion. Likely no more than two stories by one author would be allowed in the same edition.

How about an illustrator? Can they draw for more than one story?

Again yep. The number of stories will also be up to the administrator's discretion in that case.
